She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard West and Ella West; her spouse Dr. Fenton H. Pulsipher; and her children, David Fenton (Susan), Annette (Darrell), Doug Allen and Gary West. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
