She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Frances Long and Richard R. Schaar; her son David C. Payne (Louise); and her grandson Robert O. Barber. She is survived by: her husband Clare B. Winn; and her children, Steven R. Payne (Alba), Linda Payne McKenzie (John F. Haas), Janice Payne Barber (Steven) and Tyler L. Mitchell (Samantha). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Parley's Sixth Ward (2100 East, SLC, Utah). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
