With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Bird (South Jordan, Utah), born in Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Jay and Garda Hale Mecham; her daughter Allyson Kaye Bird; her brother Arden Hyrum Mecham; her father-in-law John Taylor Bird Jr.; and her grandparents, Hyrum Moroni, Mildred Paskett Mecham, Arden Delos and Rachel Dye Hale.
She is survived by: her significant other Todd Bird; her children, Heidi (John Jenkins), Lindsey (Cameron Webb), Jared (Savon Leureux), Nellie and Chad; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Emma and Miley; her siblings, Kathleen (Keith Brewer), Barbara (Brian Higgs), Bryce (Jessica) and Rachel (Russel Goates); her stepsister Kira Pratt Masnica; her stepmother Louise Pratt Mecham; and her mother-in-law Barbara Butler Bird. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 9 grand dogs.
