He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wells and Leola Dickson Jacobson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Whittle; his son Kevin Scott; his siblings, Mack, Gary and Annette; and his son Bryan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
