He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene (Ken) and Ottilie McAllister Lake (Tillie); his brothers, K. Gerald (Jerry) and Bruce M; and his daughter Marcine.
He is survived by: his wife Marta Lee Johnson; his close friend Marta; and his children, Machelle, Craig (Susan), Melinda Brey (Kurt), Brad (Stacey) and Kirsten Huertas (Izzy). He is also survived by his grandchildren and their spouses, and great-grandchildren.
