He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew William and Evelyn Elizabeth Rowland (Davidson); and his sisters, Jan Elizabeth and Jill Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Alice Sullivan (Sullivan); his sons, Jeffrey (Jennifer), Jason (Esther) and Joshua (Christa); his grandchildren, Anna, Elizabeth Cook (Tyler), Margaret Butters (Ryan), Jeffrey (Elle), McGwire, Samantha (Zack), Emma, Calvin, Emmitt and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Rhett, Beck and Rory; and his brother Franklin "Dee" (Louise).
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Riverton 16th Ward (1208 W 12400 S, Riverton, UT 84065). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Murray City Cemetery (5490 S Vine St, Murray, UT 84107).
