He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Shirley Reynolds, Albert and Dorothy Holt; and his pet Junior.
He is survived by: his wife Steph; his sons, Josh and Jer; his parents, Dee Reynolds and Janet Reynolds; his siblings, Lisa O'Neil (Scott), Kim Francis (Steve), Ashley Whiting (Teag) and Jake Reynolds (Emily); and his pet Jessie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jay requested that donations be made to the Best Friends Animal Society in Kanab, Utah.
