We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2019, at the age of 94, James Raymond Palmer (South Jordan, Utah), born in Declo, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Will Palmer and Virgie Palmer (Talbot); his children, Jim Palmer, Glenns Ferry and Patti Fuhriman (Gary); and his former wife Ella Talbot of St. George. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.
