Jacob Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Smith (South Jordan, Utah), who passed away on June 16, 2019 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Zoe, Eden and Finn; his parents, Scott Smith and Cindi Smith; his brothers, Aaron (Kjersta) and Ben; and his grandparents, Maurine Parker Smith, Harold and Joyce Robinson. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
