He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Patty Hiskey; and his grandparents, Keith, Faris Hatch, Richard and Colleen Desmond.
He is survived by: his parents, Paul Hatch and Lynette Hatch; his wife Amber Hatch; his siblings, Kristi Polatis (Tanner), Mindi Jenson (Steve), Brian Hatch (Crissy) and Kelli Hatch; his father-in-law Michael Hiskey; and his brother-in-law Austin Hiskey. He is also survived by five children and was adored by his parents and siblings.
