He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Green. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Bartlett, Gina Pola-Money, Jason Bartlett and Steven Green; his son-in-law Anthon Money; his sister Jolene Rasmussen; and his nephew Kyle Rasmussen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
The family also suggests donating to the Alzheimer's Association to support research and fight this horrific disease.
