He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen L Morse and Shirley M Field; his stepfather Chuck Bowen; and his daughter Heather. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Gaisford; and his sister Shirleen Bowen. He is also survived by his wife, two daughters, two sons, thirteen grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.
