He is survived by: his siblings, Thadeus Shinsel (Beth) and Laurie Higgs (Alan); and his children, Sharlett Thompson (Milt), Sheril Garn (Terry), Troy Shinsel (Quanette) and Glade Shinsel (Tiffini). He is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren and forty-one great grandchildren.
