He was predeceased by: his wife Lorna Crawford; and his parents, Lenord and Carma. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheldon (Corinne), Carvel (Brenda) and Karlena Deem (Richard); his children, Melanie Boyd (Raymond), Deborah Perkins (Jason), Michael Izatt (Julie) and Robert Izatt (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Nicole, Ashley, Cortney, Tyler, Kaylee and Katie; and his former wife Joan Supak. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
