With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Jackson (South Jordan, Utah), born in Logan, Utah, who passed away on February 9, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mothers, Alma Niederhäusern and Cornelia DeWaal Von Niederhäusern; and her daughter Aundrea Michelle Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Keith Hunter; and her children, Gina Meek, Benjamin Meek, Ruth Ann Shaw (Scott), Diane Gayler (Matthew) and Rachel Tollestrup (Derek). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
