He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Evelyn Gourlay and Victor Vincent Stante. He is survived by: his siblings, Cameron, Donald and Janet. He is also survived by des 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 great nephews and a great niece.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Signature Hospice.
