She was predeceased by: her husband Frank William Shaw; her son Cary Scott Shaw; her parents, Everett Lorenzo Petersen (Ren) and Florence Melba Fullmer Petersen; and her sisters, Jacqueline Petersen Dansie (Jackie) and Marjorie Petersen Savage (Ann).

She is survived by: her son Frank William Shaw II.
