He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Andrew and Loraine McIntosh Carlson; his close friend Faye; his siblings, Victor and Deon; and his stepson Fred.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lea Harvey Lindquist; his children, Janet Wood (Kimo), Thomas (Jody), Alan (Sandy), Lori Carter (Dan), JoAnn Felix (David), Glen (Jamie), Cory Lindquist (KayLynn), Mary Beth Larsen (Ron), Audrey Monson (Kevin), Jenny Bennett (Roger) and Mindy Larsen (Ken); and his brothers, Larry and David. He is also survived by 43 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren.
