She was predeceased by: her husband David A. Costa; her parents, Alexander Almeida and Philomenia Viveiros (Medeiros); her son David A. Costa of Somerset; and her brother Gilbert Almeida.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia M. Costa of Utah; her grandchildren, David Adrian Costa of Vermont and Kristen Costa of Somerset; her great grandchild Gray David Quintal; and her siblings, Irene Medeiros of Tiverton, Rudolph Almeida of Florida, Joseph Almeida, Alexander Almeida, Ida Borges, Hilda Rebello and Alice Correia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
