He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Vern Downs and Clarice Perkes Downs. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hyde Downs; his children, Nikki Smith (Aaron), Corey Downs (Adrienne), Lindsay Duke (Brian) and Brooke Downs; his grandchildren, Laurel (Kevan), Dean, Reid, Kara, Curtis, Miles, Alex, Ryker, Colin and Titus; and his siblings, Ricky Downs (Shoko), Cathy Martinson (Dennis), Kim Downs (Kathy) and Ted Downs (Dana).
