She was predeceased by: her parents, Rueben Emerson Curtis and Alice Maud Call; her sister Marian; and her husband Jack Green. She is survived by: her family Jack; and her children, Cathryn (Michael), Julie (Shawn), Cher (Tyler), Christyn (Jesse), David (Melanie), Michael (Taylor) and Steven (Cassidy). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Even as she endured the devastation of Alzheimer's, she was still able to triple competitor's Scrabble scores and regularly land hilarious puns.
