It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolbeth Nielson Cook of South Jordan, Utah, born in Mount Pleasant, Utah, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, ReNae Davidson, Jerri Dee Sorenson and Dennis Nielson. She is survived by: her husband Dale Ronald Cook; her son Louis Nielson Cook; and her in-laws, Lee Stone, Steve, Linda Cook, Doug, Pam Logsdon, Boyd, Denise Cook, Russell, Ellen Cook, Dean, Kristin Cook, Rex, Tammy Cook, Cory and Becky Cook. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salt Lake Valley 2nd Ward (6250 2200 W, Taylorsville, UT 84129). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
