He was predeceased by: his parents, Afton Holladay and Gerry Holladay; his brother Larry Holladay; his brother-in-law Jimmy VanTassell; and his son-in-law Matthew Allred.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Layne Nichol; his daughter Noelle Allred (late Matthew); his grandchildren, Madison, Abigail (Mica) and Carter; his son Mitchell (Carleen); his grandchild Taylor (Ruger); his great grandchild Marceline; his grandchildren, Bailey and Jackson; his son Dane; his grandchildren, Nathan and Lainey; and his siblings, Margo VanTassell and Ron Holladay.
