He is survived by: his wife Kristine; his children, Jonathan, Stephanie (Donald Peterson), Michelle (Nua Poteki) and Travis (Anginae); and his grandchildren, Calvin, Brock, Jackson, Keasi, Ty, Amanaki, Aniston, Lolohea and MisiMae.
