She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Effie LaVon and Oswald Farley Gallagher; her husband Craig Winn; her sister Mary Jane Montgomery; her daughters, Julia Ann Paxton (Kim), Sandra Dee Wageman (Randy), Kim Steele (Scott), Jenny Balfour and Amy Crawford (Rustin); her siblings, Connie Gallagher, Larry Gallagher (Mary) and Gary Gallagher (Marsha); and her grandchildren, Danny Kim Paxton, Jeremy Paxton (Erin), Anthony Madsen (Amber), Robyn Sims (Matthew), Cristain Paxton, Cory Paxton (Megan), Tracey Steele, Eric Steele, Darrin Steele, Ryan Abby (Ty), Alexander Varner (Ryanne), Rileigh Roswell, Kayden Crawford (Olivia), Prestin Crawford (Brielle) and Alexsa Crawford.
