He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Udall Bailey and Jessie Greenhalgh Bailey; his sister Udean Stephens (Neil Stephens); and his son-in-law Kelly Homer. He is survived by: his wife Carma Fowles Bailey; and his children, Brenda Homer (Kelly), Todd Bailey (Jeanene), Brett Bailey (Beckie), Brad Bailey (Tiffany) and Derek Bailey.
