He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Joe Green and Dona Mae Siler; his siblings, Teresa Kougioulis (James) and Cyle Rasmussen (Tiffany); his nieces and nephews, Nick Kougioulis (Chelsie), Trisha Kougioulis, Cole Rasmussen (Dovina), Hunter Rasmussen and Amanda Rasmussen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jimmy and N. J. Kougioulis.
