She is survived by: her husband Larry of South Jordan; and her children, Stephen Smith (Melonie) of Santaquin, Jeffrey Smith (Leslie) of Rock Springs, Nicole Harker (Philip) of Draper and Gregory Smith of South Jordan. She is also survived by her stepchildren and her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
