It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ben Sundblom in South Jordan, Utah, born in Heber City, Utah, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Allison and John Lawrence Sundblom; and his daughter Shauna Ann Sundblom. He is survived by: his former spouse Launa Simmons; his wife Kathryn Ann Sundlbom; his children, Kim Summers (Mitchell), Laura McCullough (Justine), Wade Johnson and Lisa Peterson (Matthew); his siblings, Kay Givens (Rod) and Larry Sundblom; his grandchildren, Annemarie (Sean), Megan (Garrett), Taylor and Lexi; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Lucas and Ryker.
