It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Thomas Cottrell of South Jordan, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dannell George Cottrell and Glena Adeline Bradshaw; and his father-in-law Raymond Nausin. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Marta Nausin; his sons, Trever Cottrell (Diane) and Robert Cottrell (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Haley, Emily, Kylie, Chase, Carly and Logan; his siblings, Brad Cottrell, Brent Cottrell (Ranonne) and Arla Porter (Jeff); and his mother-in-law Norma Nausin. He is also survived by many other in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
