He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Carter and Fern Carter; and his former wife RuthAnn Ricks. He is survived by: his wife Michele; and his sister Mary Ann Johnson (Doug). He is also survived by 13 children, their spouses, 55 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
