He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Homer, Ruby Whitlock, Aisake and Moala Tuiono; his brother-in-law Dee Palmer; and his cousin Daniel Lao.
He is survived by: his parents, Anna Whitlock and Tevita Tuiono; his daughters, Olivia Viehweg (Chad) and Kailani Tuiono; his granddaughter Vivian Viehweg; and his sisters, Mary Palmer (Dee), Lilly Jobrack (Eddie), Chrissy Angilau (Nephi), Betsy Vawdrey (Nick) and Jennifer Mills (Roy). He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
