She was predeceased by: her parents, William Swainston and Harriet Fitzgerald Dalley; her husband LaVor Lindhardt Smith; her son Kirk Ingram Smith; her sisters, Harriet Swainston Palmer, Wilma Swainston Bright, Anna Swainston Condie, Rosa Swainston, Lenona Swainston, Laura Swainston and Laura Tripp; her granddaughter Reilly Ross Smith; and her great grandchildren, Reilly Ross Smith and Charlee Blake Winward.
She is survived by: her children, LaVor Lindhardt Smith, Jr. (Karen Cole), Glade Swainston Smith (Debra Pitkin), Gerald Alan Smith (Judy Ann Smith), Dee William Smith (Tom Norris), Judy Smith Tripp (Scott Paul Tripp) and Steven Curtis Smith (Kim Brenchley). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
