He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lorin and Vilate Hancey Low; his siblings, Afton, Ellen, Budd and Charles; and his wife Diane Elwood.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Low, Logan, Janet Traveller (David), Robert (Brenda), Lisa Bray and Mark (Colleen); and his sisters-in-law, Myrna Low and Fern Jeppesen. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
