He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lewis and Beatrice Thomas Lewis; his brother Sherman; and his great grandchildren, Evie and Quinton.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul, Michael (Rhonda) and David; his wife Beth Tremelling; his daughter Marcy Pledger (Joseph); and his siblings, Robert, Eunice, Connie and Tamara. He is also survived by 8 granddaughters, 8 grandsons, 2 step-grandsons, 22 great-granddaughters, 15 great-grandsons, 5 step-great-granddaughters, 3 step-great-grandsons, 3 great-great-granddaughters and 1 great-great grandson.
Kay wanted to be remembered as making a positive contribution to the lives of others, that he helped them on their journey through life.
