He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lott of Smithfield; and his children, Allyson Hemstreet (David), Ryan Clark (Melanie), Michael Clark (Erika), Lexine Severtson, Jennifer Basso (Charles) and Joshua Clark. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
