He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cyr Fraser and Gladys Ramsdell Fraser; his son Doug; his wife Joyce (Thurston); and his sons, Scott (Kristin), Bartley (Mike), Jeff (Jen) and Erik. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren.
