She is survived by: her husband Heber Parley Smith, Jr.; her children, Sally Ann Majestic (Michael), James Alan Smith (Peggy), Laurie Lynn Stevens (David), Parley Glen Smith (Nola), Karen Wight Fairchild (Don), Ranee Dawn Berg (Jack), Martin John Smith (Annette) and Nanette Ellen Wilson (Scott); and her sister Lorraine Hales. She is also survived by 49 grandchildren, 81 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
