He was predeceased by: his parents, William Glen and Vera Allen; his wife Annette; and his sisters, Margie Scovil (Derral Scovil) and Evelyn Mathews (Evan Mathews).
He is survived by: his former wife Dawna Magera; his children, Jim (Suzanna Allen), John (Tawnia Allen), Justene (Doug Richards), Suzanne Zindars, RIchie (Dorothy Smith), Greg (Melissa Smith) and Tracy (Mike Smith); and his nephews, Gary Mathews, Bruce Mathews, Alan Scovil and Steve Scovil. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
