He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, LaClead Nielson and Eleanor Jane Ashby Nielson; his wife Mary Kae Nielson; his children, Dean Nielson (Linda) of Marshal, Michigan, Paul Nielson (Karen) of Eugene, Oregon, Bruce Nielson (Linda) of Vienna, Virgina and Mark Nielson (Lynell) of Snowhomish, Washington; his siblings, Allen Nielson, Howard, Phil, Dean, Robert and Carmen Stewart; and his grandchildren, Dannah Kay and Norman Wooten. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
