James Crook Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Crook (Santaquin, Utah), born in Heber City, Utah, who passed away on January 19, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar F. Crook and Ida Fay Patten Crook; and his siblings, Lynn, Oran, Doyle, Ray, Erma, Marge, Noreen and Betty Faye.
He is survived by: his children, Kari Mitchell (Jim), Jill Haley (Mike), Todd (Stefany), Kevin (Susan), Ronald (Angela) and David (Preston); and his sisters, Joan Cole (Elwin) and Mary Bursick. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Jim requested donations be made to the Perpetual Education or Humanitarian fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
