He is survived by: his wife Susan Lee; his children, Rachael Hafen (Kameron), Brittany Tervort (Tyler), Makayla Lopez (Eleazar) and Spencer David Lee; his grandchildren, Cole, Chloe, Briella, Asher Hafen, Sophia, Zayne, Jayden Tervort, Teagan, Lucas and Estevan Lopez; his father James Elmo Lee; and his siblings, Jim Lee, John Lee (Rita), Lori Lee, Mike Lee (Tory) and Doug Lee (Becky).
