It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Blaine Carter (Santa Clara, Utah), who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Arnold Carter and Wilma Gladys Starkey; and his siblings, Larry Carter, Ronald Carter and Racine Bertschi.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; and his children, Debbie Ruitenbeek (Dennis) of Stockton, CA., William Carter, Sr (Joelle) of Troutdale, OR, Janet Dalling (David) of Summerville, SC and Patricia Blake (Matthew) of Santa Clara, UT. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
