He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Curtis and Mary Hunt Curtis; his brothers, Neal Curtis and LaMoine Curtis; his son Tony Curtis; and his granddaughter Cammie Curtis.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Pam), Gary (Leah) and Lee (Darlene); his wife Irene Curtis; and his siblings, Ronald Curtis, Alan Curtis, Joanna Frisby, Valene Hagan, Sharron Court, Carol Slack and MaryLee Dalley. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
