He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Doris; his parents, Benjamin Phillips and Bertha Phillips; his sister-in-law Georgia; his siblings, Benny, Floyd, Mel, Wanda Carlson, Merle Pangos (Gill) and Sherry Carlson (Lonnie); his son-in-law Brad Maxfield; and also Doris. He was also cherished by 24 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren, 23 great, great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
