He is survived by: his wife Dixie LaRae Butterfield; and his daughters, Marsha Cardwell (Kent) and Susan Lee Gallego (Ruben). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
