He was predeceased by: his father Emery Bowen Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his children, Kody (Jane), Caeley and Trevor; his granddaughters, Delphine and Freya; his mother V. Maurine Lewis; and his siblings, Sandy Harper, Lori Lewis Evans (Andrea), Colette Condie (Russ), Linda Walker (Darryl), Caryn Blackburn (Justin), Terrell (Tana), Shane (Lisa), Kent (Nichole) and Kevin (Debbie).
