Shirley A. LaRoe Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley A. LaRoe (Sandy, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford McDonald and Mary McDonald; her husband John LaRoe; and her siblings, Robert McDonald and Norma Seebinger.

She is survived by: her children, Sheri, Dave Goettsche, Chris and Penne LaRoe; and her grandchildren, Chelsea LaRoe, Jillian LaRoe, Neal Swayze, Jason LaRoe, Chase, Katy Goettsche, Daryl, Kyle Shields, Peirce, Bentley, Millie, Abbie and Kennie.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 Dimple Dell Ln, Sandy, UT 84092).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Shirley's honor.
