He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Lillywhite Welling and Betty Jean Christensen; his sister Patricia Welling; and his pet Phibes. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Welling (Eileen), Tom Dowell (Cindy Sutter), Spencer Dowell (Michelle), Tad Dowell (Cheryl) and Robert Peterson (Connie). He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 1910 Dimple Dell Rd, Sandy, UT 84092.
