She is survived by: her daughter Jan Holt (Tom); her grandchildren, Thomas Holt (Kristy), Scott Holt (Sarah), Sara Dalebout (Nate) and Tiffany Catona (Nick); her great grandchildren, Andur, Mara, Ben, Ian and Seth Holt; her grandchildren, Skye, Jackson Holt, Gabe, Brynn, Natalie, Aaron Dalebout, Kacie, Mischel and Davney Catona; and her brother Jerry Campbell (Marsha).
In lieu of flowers Madge requested that contributions be made to Operation Smile, Children's Home Society of Minnesota, or American Cancer Research Center.
